Boy. I have a 100% success rate with this so please do update us as I'd love to know if I'm right.

Edit: this is a really tricky one as the stacked bit at the end of the nub really could be the upper part of a fork. The nub itself is quite level too. But on balance I'd say it looks more like a stacked nub and that means boy!
