Is it normal for pregnancy symptoms to ease at 10 weeks?

trying to ease my anxiety
lost in feb, should have been 9 weeks but baby stopped growing at 6.

im currently 10 weeks in two days.
today feels strange. No symptoms, no sickness and for the first time in 6 weeks I’ve gotten up and cleaned the whole house without being exhausted.

someone tell me this is normal please 🙏🏻
I lost symptoms last time at around 7 weeks and didn’t think anything of it, now I’m over thinking everything

I think 10 weeks is often when the placenta takes over so that could account for loss of symptoms.

Between 10-12 weeks it’s absolutely normal to suddenly start feeling better (I always did and I’ve had 5). Being worried after loss is totally reasonable. I am sorry you’re suffering with it. I’ve had losses and then your following pregnancies are always extra stressful. Hugs to you.
