Just had a missed miscarriage it was the worst experience of my life. Anyone any tips how to cope as my emotions everywhere, can’t sleep got a 4 year old and an 18 month old. Don’t get on with my partner really. Most importantly I have the implant now. Also thought on that aswell.tyx

I don't have any experience of this but I just wanted to say I'm so sorry. It sounds awful. Do you have any friends or family you can talk to?

Thanks for reply. Can see not one other person responded. So from the bottom of my heart thank you. Yes I have told family and friend , partner but I’m feeling so lost.

I am so sorry that you didn't get any other responses. All I can say is hold your little ones tight and be very gentle on yourself. You need time to recover.
