Could Pregnacare be causing a delay in my regular period?

A delay in my monthly cycle, I have a monthly cycle of 26 days which I saw my period last on the 22nd of April 2026, from my calculations I suppose to see my period on the 18th of May 2026, and I started taking pregancare three weeks ago which I think is the cause of the delay am experiencing in my monthly cycle, please what can I do I need your help.

If it's the before conception ones they can definitely cause the delayed period as there's a warning on the box. Have you taken a pregnancy test to rule that out?

Yes I had this, and seen many others on here had the same. You don’t need to take it; just take folic acid and vitamin D, also much cheaper. Better to focus on varied diet
