Could prolonged spotting before a due period still be a healthy pregnancy?

I'm not sure of the exact ovulation day although I was spotting May 3-5, had unprotected sex on May 4. Started spotting again May 14 and every day so far (light and dark brown, needing liners but no pads). Very unusual cycle for me so I took a test today (period is due today based on my tracking app), I followed instructions but not completely sure is it even positive (image attached). Spotting worries me, anyone here experienced it for that long and turned out to be a healthy pregnancy?

I had spotting then bleeding with clots for weeks during my first trimester and baby was fine (currently 3 1/2 yo on the sofa with milk). I had a specific thing called a subchorionic hematoma - but nurses said bleeding is often not a sign of pregnancy loss it can be a lot of things going on in the womb. Having said that, my pregnancy test lines were always a lot stronger than yours is currently. But not sure that’s means much.

Thank you for the reply and greetings for the little one. I have no cramps, no pain, no clots. I'll do a blood test this days, just wanted to keep some level of optimism :) No pregnancies so far, had 2 myomectomies in the past

I had full, regular period-type bleeds until I found out I was pregnant (very much a surprise) in the second trimester. Very much an outlier, I appreciate, but I'm currently sitting with a toddler on my lap.

I know it's easier said than done but try not to dwell on it too much and take another test in a couple of days. Best of luck ❤️
