Taken multivitamin with vitamin A at 7 weeks pregnant, should I worry?

I've been a total idiot and taken my usual multivitamin spray before and since I've been pregnant, currently 7 weeks and didn't even think about the vitamin A in it! It doesn't state dosage on the bottle so I had to look at the website and it states it's 22% of the DA... Have I been really stupid? I'm worrying it may have affected baby but I've also seen pregnancy mutli-vits that contain Vitamin A?

The pregnancy multivitamins will have betacarotene rather than the retinol version that is not advised in pregnancy

@dementedpixie That's the issue, the multivitamin I've been taking isnt specifically for pregnancy, it's just the one I've always taken and there's no info I can find that states the type of Vitamin A that's used

Online suggests its retinyl acetate which is the retinol form of vitamin A. Stop using it and switch to a pregnancy safe version
