Hi

Have recently received engagement ring, ring is gorgeous and sooo delighted with it. However it is very small and tight size J.. I have recently given birth (2 weeks ago) and am around 25-30kg heavier than my ‘normal size’.I can have the ring sized up to a K but K still felt kind of tight trying on today.. I measured a K right at the start of my pregnancy but can’t remember how this felt. I can get the ring sized up to an L which will fit me right now and felt v comfortable today. I have to take this ring to the place I got it which is quite far away and the resizing takes them, if I go anywhere local I will lose warranty on ring so I have to take it back to where it is from. So my question is, realistically how much weight/water retention am I going to lose off my fingers?! I have nothing to go upon as I never got my size checked pre pregnancy. Did anyone go up or down sizes whilst pregnant? Should I just get what fits me now or get the K in the hope it comfortably fits me soon? Obviously I’m keen to wear my ring but don’t want to get sizing all wrong. It is also only free to resize within a certain time period and can cost £50-£200 otherwise if I change my mind. Minor issue in the grand scheme of things but any advice appreciated x

Yes. You can go up in ring size! Dorene cost much to resize at a jewellers. Just do it!
