Very low PAPP-A in first pregnancy and waiting for NIPT results

its my first pregnancy and I have been told I have extremely low PAAP A at level of 0.17 and I’m currently waiting for a NIPT result. I have been researching as much as I can, but can’t shake the feeling that my score is so low that I’m guaranteed major complications. My 12 week scan was otherwise normal, and I’ve been started on aspirin nightly. Is there any reliable info or experience about low scores, below 0.2 for low PAAP a? I’m feeling incredibly low and worried. Thank you

Hi yes I had this on my first and only. I was exactly the same and couldn't shake the feeling something was wrong even until she was born I still worried but she was 100% healthy. I did have regular growth scans which did show she wasn't growing as they wanted towards the end so was induced on due date
She was 6lb but perfect. It was actually nice to have the extra scans etc x

I had low Papp-A with my 1st and he was absolutely fine :) just meant extra scans and aspirin. With my 2nd she wasn't in the right position to find out if she had low Papp-A so I was prescribed aspirin just in case, and again she is absolutely fine too :) x
