One-sided pelvic pain, spotting and confusion about possible pregnancy

I’m having lower left one sided pain (feels like like intense pressure that lingers in comparison to the stabbing period pains I usually get)just above my pubic bone and lower back ache it feels like I can feel the pain down my leg and on my bum. It’s been a nightmare seeing when to test cause they tried to put me on birth control 2 months ago and it messed up my cycle. I had light unusual bleeding in April felt different from how my periods feel and it was 3 days then symptoms like nausea without vomiting, breast pain itchy nipples even increased discharge that looked milk white, frequent urination, for 3 weeks then I started spotting 3 days ago could only see it when I whipped but today I can see it on my panty liner and I’m having the one sided pain and urinating more frequent than usual like twice every hour as opposed to the once every two hours I was having before the bleed. Doc performed a pregnancy test in urgent care it was negative but she said cause my cycle got messed up to wait till the blood test I had booked for Monday cause she said it sounds like I need a scan. I’m scared confused and all of that and my doctor sounded just as confused as I am. She touched my belly then when she got to the spot I’m talking about the pain being she asked if I was constipated I said no that’s when she said hmm “you need a scan”. I’ve been doing mental gymnastics with the confusion now I’m supper nervous to get the blood for the HCG done Monday.

Hi lovely. Have you done a pregnancy test at home? These are the kind of symptoms I had in early pregnancy, especially the discharge x

I had a blood test it said HCG was 2 which is low so they have requested another one to double check. And they have also requested a scan cause of the localised abdominal pain.
I know 2 is usually negative but I had 2 with my daughter then 2 weeks later I was told i was 5 weeks. I hate the early testing phase so confusing.

2 weeks before 5 weeks pregnant is only 7dpo and a lot of the time implantation hasn’t happened yet so having a negative result then can be normal. (There really isn’t any such as thing as 2-3 weeks pregnant as the first two weeks of pregnancy you aren’t pregnant yet at all)

If you’ve been having symptoms for a while and have negative blood test (HCG 2) you can’t be pregnant. Unless you conceived a week ago or so but that wouldn’t account of symptoms.

what you are saying actually makes sense I think this time the reason why they are making me do another blood test is mostly because of how my cycle got messed up by the pill and I have to do bloods for endocrinology that were contradictory to my HCG test, and I think the localised pain on the lower left abdomen that’s lingered even after spotting ended few days ago. Side note in a coma a year ago my body has been doing so many random things most days I feel like a stranger in my own body and doctors keep saying it could be this it could the that. It can be tiring.
