Light pink spotting and constant urge to wee at 7 weeks

I’m 7w3d pregnant with my second, today I’ve felt the sensation of needing a wee all day 24/7 and the I go and sometime nothing comes out but my eyes water because I feel the sensation of needing a wee badly, when ive wiped today i had now started wiping very light pink on the tissue, i went straight to early pregnancy unit and all the could do was confirm there’s no infection. I have a scan on Saturday as that’s the earliest, just looking if anyone has had a similar experience and all been okay

I’m 7&4 and been experiencing this a lot however, I am prone to urine infections and this is always how it starts. I hope this reassures you ❤️

Thank you it’s definitely reassuring, they did test for urine infection and said I’m clear however I think I’ll go for a scan tomorrow to check anyway thank you for your reply. 🫶🏻
