Cleft lip

Hi I had my 17 week scan last week and we were told baby could possibly have a cleft lip, I mean it’s quite clear from the photos that baby will have a cleft lip. Could anyone else confirm if they had similar scan photos to mine please as I also think the nose looks strange in one of the scan photos.

I didn’t want to read and run. I have no direct experience of this but I know one of cousins cousins had a baby with a cleft palate. It was upsetting for them but the baby had a few surgeries and was “typical” by about age 18 months. And I don’t mean typical as anything other than after the last surgery they could eat and drink without help/intervention. The little one may well need another revision or two in the future but is doing very well and scaring was minimal after it calmed down at the six month mark.
