How long did Oxfordshire self referral take for community midwife contact?

Hi!

for those ladies who’ve self referred after finding out their pregnant in Oxfordshire, how long did it take you to get set up with the community midwife / BadgerNotes system? I self referred a week ago and haven’t heard anything. I also self referred last year prior to miscarriage and I’m sure I had scans and first appointments within a week or so

All my pregnancies pre-date Badger Notes, but each time I contacted the midwives at 6 weeks (or the GP. The system changed between kids). I had a call back ~8 weeks, with the appointment booking being made for 10/11 weeks. Scan appointments came through the post and were in the 13th week.

I’m in Oxfordshire and I think it was around a week from self referral. I received a call, they took some more information, sent me log in details for badger, booked my first midwife appointment and also sent off for my first scan (they asked if I had a preference of where I had scans as I’m in the middle of 2 hospitals). Hope that helps 😊
