Am I over thinking this? Measuring behind and loss of symptoms

I think I’m about 9 weeks pregnant but I’m not so sure anymore!

I went for an early reassurance scan weekend before last and baby was measuring about 6 days behind what I had expected base on LMP. There was a heartbeat however.

I had been feeling really rough - exhaustion, dizziness, food aversions but as of a few days ago they seem to have vanished. I’m no longer off my food, I don’t feel dizzy anymore and my breasts seem to have deflated and are no longer sore.

I’ve been getting quite a lot of cramping - some of it painful, some of it more like period pain. Last week it was coming in waves for about an hour.

However I just have a feeling that something is “off”. Ever since I got pregnant even though it was planned I have had this odd feeling that this isn’t my baby and I have been reading online about the amount of women who “just know” through intuition that their pregnancy isn’t progressing.

Am I overthinking this or should I mention to my midwife at booking appt on Wednesday?

Firstly congratulations on your pregnancy! If you've had a scan and detected a heartbeat there's less than a 2% chance that anything will go wrong - I'm also 9 weeks and this has really helped my anxiety.
Definitely mention your concerns to your midwaife and if you're still feeling worried I'd book another scan to make sure.

Gentle congratulations on your pregnancy! I'd mention it to your midwife appointment because it's best they're kept as informed as possible but FWIW, I had the same thing happen in my pregnancy at almost the same time (at 8 weeks, every symptom had dried up and I felt as unpregnant as you could get and I had a horrible feeling things were wrong). This was after two previous miscarriages so was very convinced it was going to happen again.

However, I'm now sitting in the car whilst my 6 month old daughter finishes napping in her car seat 😊 don't take symptoms drying up as a definite sign of bad things to come - every pregnancy is different and this might just be the way your body handle yours ❤️

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I can completely relate to your anxiety. I felt almost exactly the same and despite seeing a heartbeat at 6 weeks I had a MMC at about a week later. Not saying this to scare you and I truly hope it's good news but perhaps be prepared. If you have brown spotting can you call EPU and they might bring you in for a scan? Brown is usually old blood though and they say nothing to worry about.
