Probably OK for listeria etc if it's served piping hot, but probably very Vit A rich, like liver, so not a good idea to eat too much of it. I ate liver from time to time in pgcy, but no more than once a month. Personally, I would probably indulge once, maybe twice, and no more during the trip.

I wanted lots of red meat and things like black pudding all the time with ds2. There was a butty wagon thing near work which did black pudding in their fried breakfasts, so I used to go out about 11am and have a black pudding and brown sauce sarnie as an early lunch!
The lady always made sure it was very well done. I don't think its as rich in vit A as liver, it contains a lot of cereals etc like sausages do. I ate it about once a week (ok sometimes twice). So if its just one short break of say two mornings I am sure you will be fine to indulge each day.

no liver in it just blood...so should be very iron rich.

maybe you were a bit iron deficient flbberty? and this was your body's way of getting more iron.

enjoy your breakfasts DW

Er, no a baby moon is when your baby is feeding on demand 24 hours a day and you are so knackered that you don't get out of bed!! Just lie there half asleep feeding your baby and being waited on!
