looking for some advice, I will be calling HMRC tomorrow for advice and clarification but just wanted to know if anybody else has been in a similar situation.
i work 2 jobs and have done so for a few year, both are part time positions. I qualify for SMP for one but the earnings are too low on the second. I am aware I cannot claim MA for this second job but I wondered if I could return to work with them early whilst still receiving SMP for the first job? Or would returning to the second job end the SMP? The lack of SMP for the second job would leave things a bit tight so would ideally need to get back quite soon to make up the short fall.
