Low HCG / Faint Line Progression

I miscarried my first pregnancy at 6w2d on 8/4, stopped bleeding 15/4 and had a negative pregnancy test by 19/4. On 3/5 I got a very very very faint positive, it’s slightly darkened over the last few days but not hugely- I’ll attach a photo. Because of the previous miscarriage being so recent and not having a period in between I had HCG bloods taken yesterday which only came back as 19 😕Between the low HCG and faint line progression I’ve got a bad feeling but it doesn’t help that I’ve got no clue when I actually ovulated! I just thought I’d post here for some other perspectives or anyone who might have experience of low HCG

I’m sorry for your miscarriage.

My HCG was 27 when I was 11dpo. By itself the value doesn’t mean much, would you be able to get another test done tomorrow (48 hours later)? Today’s test looks quite convincing, and there’s definitely progression from Tuesday’s test. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you.
