Severe bloating first trimester

Hey, through out the day my stomach becomes incredibly bloated and by the evening I look about 5 months pregnant is this normal in first trimester

I had this but it turned into diabolical gastric issues where I would bring all my food up at the end of each day. It started as bloat though. Are you going the bathroom normally?
