Elective c section at Epsom or Kingston and out-of-catchment referrals

I'm trying to decide which hospital for an elective c section and wondered if anyone had any recent experiences at either? Epsom is closer but Kingston isn't too much further. Overall looking at the CQC ratings, Kingston is the winner but recent insights from others might help me decide.
I wanted to go to Royal Surrey as their CQC is outstanding, but I think we're just outside their catchment area and I was rejected when I applied. Does anyone know if there are any ways you can get a referral to a hospital outside it's catchment?

Had three babies at Kingston in the last five years and could not recommend it more! Almost all of my friends had their children here too (some local and some travelled from further) and I really don’t know anyone who’s had a negative experience. Mix of elective c-sections, inductions, birth centre births.
