Pregnant again with an 8 month old and worried about family reaction

I have a 8 month old and now pregnant roughly around 6 weeks not had a scan yet so not sure about my EDD I am currently scared to what my boyfriends mum will say as with my last baby that is now 8 months she went mad at she eventually came around but I feel like a second baby will be different I am going to be 21 June 3rd we are currently in Airbnb but moving to my two bed flat with a garden by end of this month (May) and my boyfriend hasn’t got a job at the moment but is really trying to look for one he’s applied for lots and lots of jobs.
has anyone got any advice for me?

I think in your situation, dad without a job, currently in an airbnb, you have to be prepared to accept that some people are going to think it’s not a great time to bring another baby into the mix OP. Nothing you can do about that. If you are sure it is what you want and that you are both capable of managing without needing support from these people then that is your decision to make, you can’t expect everyone to be happy about it though.

Your reaction and your BFs reaction are the only ones that matter. Everyone else can fall into line.

If the baby was planned then people are certainly going to think that it's an odd time to have another one when you have so little financial stability and such a young child already. If they weren't then it will be the above plus wondering why you didn't have birth control sorted. You're going to need a tougher skin.
