I’m 29 weeks pregnant and I feel similar. HG for the first 18 weeks, gestational diabetes, pelvic girdle pain. I have so much guilt for not being the best mum I can be right now for my 3 year old. We are so so close to the finishing line, the final weeks are always the hardest mentally in my opinion.

Feel for you both!!! Sleeping is defo hard at mo.

I find since going for walks these last few weeks (no matter how slow - just for 20-30mins!!) and walking after eating, reduces acid reflux, got rid of pelvic girdle pain, and settles baby to sleep and my 3y old can run around at park/down the lane so her energy is reduced to help with my energy reduction ;) I’m currently 34+2 too.

I hated being pregnant . I had 4 so must be a glutton for punishment. It will soon be over and you'll have a gorgeous little baby . I had placenta previa 3 times and had a lot of pain but in those days 70s I was told to take paracetamol! It did no harm x

I’ve had 3 and my heart goes out to you. It’s a complete marathon at the end. Long and exhausting and painful and will it ever end? It does. And you feel amazing when the baby is here. Just gotta keep on trucking. It is v v hard though I know

Thanks ladies.

I know it’s all worth it once baby is here but right now 🤦🏻‍♀️
i had preeclampsia with my first and I’m borderline heading that way again, has protein in my wee and my bloods are slightly elevated.
taken paracetamol today and it helps so much with the rib pain

I’m 31 weeks and feel like I’m constantly going on about rib pain. This is my second pregnancy and had it so easy first time round, it all seems so much more uncomfortable this time 😭
Hope the next few weeks go quickly for you!

If you were pre-eclampsic first time round the chances are you won’t be going to full term, so think about being pregnant in terms of days rather than weeks! Try to enjoy the things that will be hard once baby is here, and try to get some windows of solo time and not wrangling an energetic toddler.
