hey I’m 22 weeks pregnant I just lost my mucus plug but I know it can grow back but I’m just curious if I should check if my cervix is okay or do I need to be checked or leave it

I would ring maternity triage to be on the safe side.

Defo go in and get checked! Hopefully all will be fine but you might need antibiotics. Mine went early and I had to stay in hospital with IV antibiotics and some sort of drugs to stop me going into labour til they were happy I wasn’t about to go into prem labour.
