How accurate are Clearblue early detection tests at 8DPO?

Hi all, I’ve just bought a clear blue early detect pregnancy test, what has anyone’s experience been with using it for accuracy? I’m currently 8DPO & wondering if it’s more than likely to work. I’ve had all the implantation cramps, flutters etc the last couple of days, so would the hormones pick up on the test?
(this is my first time using a early detection one as I normally wait until my P is due). Any advice or sharing experiences would be greatly appreciated! 🩷

8dpo is about the absolute earliest you can get a positive, even with the early detection tests. You could get a positive but there's also a decent change of a false negative that early. Also best to use the first morning urine, when the HCG would be the most concentrated.

I would wait until 10dpo for a better chance of an accurate result (but not really because I can't resist peeing on a stick if I have one!)

Take it, if you don't mind spending money on more tests!
