Sudden surges of pain and stinging feeling inside vagina

Out of the blue i started having sudden strikes of severe pain inside my vagina. It had a bit of stingy feeling to the pain.
It went on for half an hour.
Anyone ever experienced this?
I tried to Google and it suggests lightening crotch but im only 11 weeks pregnant and it says lightening crotch only lasts a few minutes and affects women later in pregnancy not at 11 weeks
Mine was happening every minute for a good 20 mins then eased off with just occasional mild one for the next 10 mins or so. Its been about an hour and I do still feel a super mild stingy feeling.
Does anything think this is related to pregnancy? Or something i need checked out. Ive no idea what could cause this.
I dont have a uti as far as im aware, ive never had one and ive actually just finished a course of antibiotics yesterday for an absess so id assume unlikely to be a uti? no stinging when peeing
Any thoughts

I developed a yeast infection after taking antibiotics, because antibiotics can disrupt the natural bacteria in your body. I'd get it checked out.
