Pregnant after early loss and struggling with anxiety and uncertainty

I had an early loss in February, and I’m about 6 weeks pregnant now. I was so excited the first time, it felt so warm. Now I’m anxious, wondering if I even want children, worrying I won’t be good enough.
I'm tired all the time. Crying over things that have happened in the past, pushing my very loving partner away. What is going on?

I went through the same on a similar timeline:
MC was Feb '23, pregnant again April '23 ,

I did have a tonne of anxiety and was guarded until the end, but thankfully we made it. Wishing tbe same for you. 💛
