I found out im pregnant on Monday - test says 2-3 weeks. ( I think I conceived on April 4th)

I've had cramps, but just like period ones, and just gone to the loo and wiped? There is light coloured blood on the tissue.. could this be a miscarriage? 😭

I don't know what to do? 😪

Not necessarily OP, I suffered with spotting/bleeding at least until week 10 and again at week 15 and DD is 2 now. I know it’s very worrying. Fingers crossed for you that everything is ok

Such a worry isnt it 😪 I remember "spotting" with my youngest, but it wasn't like this.

I have had cramps and a few 'ouch' feelings but nothing is was concerned about 😪

I don't know if to wait until morning and speak to midwifery unit or act sooner?

😪😪😪

I’m not sure whether some NHS Trusts will see you so early on. However I told my GP when I contacted them for my referral to midwifery and they contacted my nominated hospital who said I can go down to the EPU. So you could always try going through GP

My daughter started out like this on her early pregnancy and booked a private scan to check the viability and they found an SCH (subchorionic hematoma). Its very common and they often resolve but monitor all bleeding as my daughter bled on and off from 5 to 13weeks and she didn't have a good outcome.
