Probably not. Check the vitamin A isn't the retinol version as thats not pregnancy safe

No.

According to their website FAQs https://www.vitabiotics.com/products/pregnacare-original-tablets?utm_source=chatgpt.com

“When is Pregnacare recommended?

Pregnacare is recommended as soon as you start trying to conceive to help safeguard your nutritional needs before you find you are pregnant; throughout the whole of your pregnancy and also whilst breast-feeding when extra demands are placed on your body. Pregnacare can be used for as long as required and can be started at any point during pregnancy.”

On this same site it says it contains beta carotene but not retinol for safety during pregnancy

No, you don't. It's just a prenatal. It's advised to keep taking prenatals when breastfeeding anyway.
