33 weeks pregnant with headache, nausea and pelvic pain, should I call triage?

Im 33 weeks, well was yesterday and today have just felt incredibly rough. Had a headache that won't self resolve witn paracetamol or a two hour nap for that matter, have felt nauseated all day too. Just that general feeling of 'feeling off' you can pinpoint it exactly. I've also this afternoon, just had a lot of dull ache down low near my pubic bone. I have questioned whether I have pgp, considering this is my 4th pregnancy and alongside some random period like pain that is painful, but I can manage. There is no timing to them, had maybe four over the course of the day. My partner is currently working away from home and I have the other three children, right now its just not as easy to pop up to triage and thats why I've been waiting it out, considering etc. He ofc would come home, but its more have I just reached that point in the third trimester or is this something that does need seeing too. Guess its always a guessing game no matter how many pregnancies you have.

Absolutely worth a phone call. Don’t take risks.

Have you a friend, neighbour or family member that could be on stand by with the other children if you need to go in?

If you are concerned (and it sounds like you are) then phone triage. You have nothing to lose.

I can organise for the children to go elsewhere, I guess I end up feeling like a bit of a hypochondriac more based that one of my babies I had PPROM and he was premature. Its becomes am I over thinking it all
