Pregnancy nerves after miscarriage

I think I just need some reassurance! I’m currently 13week with baby #5. Before baby #4 I had two miscarriages so I’ve been trying to keep my worry to a minimum. By baby #4 I had two weeks of severe nausea but this time I haven’t felt as ill. I also had spotting last time and nothing this time. My 12 week scan is on Tuesday and I’m a nervous wreck that it’s gonna be a missed miscarriage and I also know there’s no real way to reassure myself. I just have to wait out the next day and a bit.

Firstly congratulations, I hope it goes really well for you on Tuesday. I am on my 5 th pregnancy, no baby yet so I understand your anxiety because we have it too. Scarred by miscarriage is a thing, you are not alone. We are having a super early scan on Tuesday too. Praying for our rainbow babies 🌈🧡

No advice, just some solidarity. I had a mmc before having my youngest. I worried all through the first trimester when I was pregnant with her and now I'm pregnant again and can't stop worrying. We had a scan last week and I measured 6+3 and my partner has booked a private one in for the 9-10 week mark (I've asked him not to tell me the date until a day or two before because if I KNOW when it's happening I'll worry more). But I can't stop thinking I'll go to that and they'll say something is wrong

I’m regretting not going for a scan earlier on around 9 weeks but nothing to do now but wait. The anxiety and waiting is just horrible.
