I ate non-stop during pregnancy. I was absolutely ravenous. If I didn’t eat and my stomach was even slightly empty I’d be sick. It was bizarre. I just went with it and ate!

hunger sickness, have to eat through it!

I had absolutely insatiable hunger for all of the first trimester and also towards the end. Eat whatever you want and enjoy it!

Yes, first tri all I wanted to do was eat to the point my husband complained that all I talked about was food lol. I think it mellowed out around week 12 maybe 13.

Try not to be too indulgent. Nibbling helps with the nausea (and vomiting in my case). If you can eat avocado. They're really good for baby in the early stages and they are rich in B12 which helps mitigate the sickness xx.

I has it for around 2-3 days (only found out Thursday) and today it’s been fine however I’ve drank a lot more and ate little and often which I think has helped. I have just had pie and chips an hour ago but lay in bed and I can hear the stomach rumbles calling!
