Does choosing a location on the Badger system decide birth location or antenatal care?

Newly moved to a new area (Hampshire) and recently expecting. My area no longer has a midwifery unit in the local hospital. Trying to understand if when I select a location using the online badger system, will this determine where I give birth or just where my antenatal care is given.

Best to ask your midwife. I had my midwife appointments at a local hospital but then my scans and birth at a bigger hospital.

Badger system? Sort of sounds like the punchline to a bad joke.

I am sure it can be changed as if you chose one location and your pregnancy ended up being high risk, your planned place of birth would change. However I don’t use the badger app with either baby.
