Hi all,
First time posting. I’m mainly after a bit of reassurance before I say anything to my partner.
We’ve been trying for a baby for about 4 years. During that time I was diagnosed with PCOS and have been dealing with secondary infertility. We’re currently waiting for an appointment with the fertility clinic.
I wasn’t hugely overweight, but my consultant advised losing 1–2 stone to get into a healthier range. I really struggled because of the PCOS (constant sugar cravings!), but I managed it in the end, I’ve lost 2 stone over 20 weeks and feel so much better for it. I even had my first period in 2.5 years last month, which felt like a big milestone.
This past week I’ve felt a bit “off” and had cramps that are different to anything I’ve had before. I’ve taken a few pregnancy tests and… they look positive to me? I’m half worried I’m imagining it.
Do these test look positive to you? My husband’s birthday is on Sunday and I’d love to tell him then if it’s real, but I don’t want to get it wrong.
