I've taken a digital test as feeling very sick and late on,
The digital said not pregnant, but this is the strip from behind and im sure I can see a faint line

They say don’t open them because the electronic reading is designed to be the final result, and the inner strip will almost always show lines that can cause confusion and false hope.

So sorry op, but if AF doesn’t arrive, re test in a few days, but the digital result is the actual result I’m afraid.
