When should I take a pregnancy test after missed mini pill?

I had unprotected sex between the 27th of March and the 14th of April. (I forgot to take my mini pill, stupid I know.)

but now, I have very sore and bigger boobs, I had light pink discharge around the 5th of April and I am so ridiculously tired.

im just looking for some advice really, as I don’t have periods so I don’t know when I should take a pregnancy test etc.

You forgot to take the mini pill for 18 consecutive days, while having unprotected sex?

Are you hoping to be pregnant? Sounds very much like are. Assuming that your last period started more than 4 weeks ago you can take a test at any point.

I’m on medications for my chronic illness and every month I put my medicines into one big pill box. Just obviously forgot to do my mini pill. It’s not a massive deal if I was to get pregnant as me and my partner have already spoken about it. But I think because I had a very traumatic experience surrounding pregnancy 5 years ago, I’m very anxious.

Take one now and one in two weeks time and that should cover you.

I'd pick up a bundle of super cheep tests and do one today, and then every 2-3 days or so until it's about three weeks past the last potential conception chance. If it's still negative by then it's not likely to change.
