Hi, I have uploaded my images on a few different pages but all say too inconclusive . I’m sure I can see a girl nub but just wondering what you guess think.

No idea, pay for the blood test if you can't wait. You can clearly see your full name and DOB on the scan, you might want to remove to protect your privacy.
