Hello

I have just found out I am with children after having two already.

I love shorten nicknames.

Example...
Jasmine - "Jazz"
Bonnie - "Bons"
Wilbur - "Wilbs"
Oswald -"Ozzy"
Dilly- "Dills"

I have no idea if these are boys or girls but could I have some incredible ideas please.

I really like the name Rosie, Rose but Roz doesn't have the same appeal.

Try on the baby names topic....but the examples you've given could be applied to any name. They're not traditional shortenings, just taken the name to the first syllable which you could do with any name if that makes sense?

I think the short playful nn will come (or not) regardless of the name of that makes sense.

My ds would have been shortened to the first half of his name but ended up that with an “s” on the end so it sounds more playful eg name is Nicholas and instead of nick he is either Nicholas or Nicks/Nix (it’s not that but along those lines).
