Hello,

Have namechanged because of friends/family on here!

I'm 36 weeks pg and I'm scared I have an infection or thrush or something. Maybe I'm incontinent!

I know there is supposed to be a bit of an increase in discharge when you're pg but this is ridiculous. It drips on the floor and/or rolls down my leg and it's watery but greenish white.

Don't think it's pee but I don't really know where it comes from. It's everywhere and its getting really embarrassing.

I don't have any other symptoms of infection, no pain or itching or anything.

Is this normal? Some urine tests I've had have picked up an infection, but when I give a repeat sample, it's always found to be clear.

It makes a mess of my trousers and my bedsheets and everything really! Can anyone tell me if this is ok?

Thanks!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Hi there TS, hope you are okay

Has she posted anywhere else? I saw this thread after TS had gone to the hospital and I can't stop thinking about her and wondering how she and the baby are doing.

I know, hope she's okay, maybe she's on bed rest.

Hello all, thanks for the messages while I've been away. I've been in hospital for a couple of days. Not really sure if it was waters leaking or not, but when they monitored me, I was having little contractions, so they kept me in to make sure all was ok.

I guess it must be, because they let me out today.

Thanks everyone for all your help and advice. xxxx

Glad to hear it's all right

Did they do a speculum exam to see if you had liquor pooling? It's really the only way you can tell. Or if you are wearing a pad they can have a good look/sniff etc.
How green was it? Are they sure is isn't meconium stained liquor?
I'm sure all is well, these things just occur to me!

glad u r ok x

They did a speculum (LOVELY!) and had a look at pads etc. Don't think they were sure what it was, but baby was ok on all monitoring sessions and contractions stopped this morning.

Still leaking a bit but they gave me some cream to stave off any infections and I have an appointment at the antenatal clinic next week to be sure.

Thanks again for all the kind messages xxx
