Light bleeding with positive tests at 9 to 10 DPO?

we’ve been trying for a baby since December and yesterday I got a very faint line (9dpo) and today it was a little darker (10dpo) I already have one living child but sadly lost a son at 22 weeks in 2023 and have had a chemical pregnancy in February this year. I’m bleeding on and off and have been since before the positive tests so I guess my question is, could this just be implantation? It’s been a few days and I’d say it’s heavier than spotting but lighter than my period. A mix of brown and red. I know no one can give me a definite answer but would just like to hear other peoples experiences

With DS I had some bleeding around 6.5 weeks that lasted around a week and then spotted for another 3 weeks after that. He’s a healthy 1 year old now

Unfortunately this sounds exactly like my chemical pregnancy. Tested positive at day 10, started lightly bleeding the next day. Bleeding stayed light for about four days and then turned into a normal period. Continued to test positive for a week after and then they went negative. It won't be implantation bleeding if you have already got a positive as it takes a few days after implantation for hcg to be high enough to trigger the test, but there could be another explanation. Best of luck.

@Springandaprayer with my living son I implanted on day 6/7(can see from BBT) and tested positive at day 9. I only have a 9 day luteal phase so I always worry about chemical pregnancies! My husband has since reminded me that I did bleed like this with him too as I was sent to get checked and make sure it wasn’t eptopic. Still doesn’t make it any less nerve wracking though after losing a few other pregnancies
