am 17 weeks and i have a light healthy lunch but in the afternoon i feel awful. Quite often feel sick, feel heavy, no energy and really have no appetite for tea. Any ideas? Bloods are fine.

Peppermint tea is great for digestion.

springerspaniel · 21/06/2008 15:18

Definitely think peppermint tea or milk if they appeal. If they don't, they probably won't help so don't force yourself. Gaviscon is always worth a try.

Unfortunately for the first three and the last three months of pregnancy, I always felt knackered between 2pm and 4pm. Felt guilty about being shit at work as had the almost uncontrollable urge to curl up under my desk.

Maybe a breath of fresh air might help?

I'm afraid it just sounds like pregnancy to me.

I fell asleep at my desk so often with DS2 that my lovely boss brought a blankie in to put over me. Honest.
cried when he retired

Oh pagwatch. I love your old boss!
