Yes, first pregnancy no (unless I was sick and then I would), second pregnancy yes I would literally cross my legs every time I sneeze and still couldn’t stop it) I’m now early on in my third so I’m guessing it may be the same/worse this time

I had to get checked by pelvic health physio very early into this pregnancy... first trimester at least. I was basically having to change 3 ir 4 days a day. Turns out I have a bladder prolapse.

...yes! 😂 Not every sneeze, but I definitely have to hold myself when I sneeze! Never had this with the first, I had a 'Mummy MOT' which checked all my pelvic health etc which was all okay after the first!

I'm 26 weeks pregnant with a 15 month old - so I don't know if it's because I've had mine quite close together? I've also got a posterior low lying placenta (had an higher anterior one the first time), so I also wonder if because everything is lower, there's more pressure, hence the sneeze-pees!

Hope it's not forever though, it's driving me mad 😂

Yup, I had small leaks frequently this time around. I have a mild cystocele (bladder prolapse) & very weak pelvic floor since first delivery though. Honestly the best thing I did in third trimester was just start wearing pads (I like the Flo sensitive bladder ones) for peace of mind.
The good news is that it pretty much resolved itself after delivery; DD is 7 weeks old and I no longer need pads and haven't had any accidents. I still have some urgency but no more than before this pregnancy.

I had to go to the bathroom a lot more regularly.
I called it a "Courtesy Wee"

I did memorable piss myself a bit at about 20-25 weeks pregnant and my aunt in law had the decency to pretend not to notice.

Post 2nd everything is fine / okay.

4 pregnancies/ babies, no pelvic floor exercises, ok sneezing and trampolining after my last one, thought I’d got away with it, but I hadn’t.

I have to do my pelvic floor exercises consistently now. It looks like you will have to start earlier than me, unfortunately there is no end date, they are never done.
