Not getting a 3+ on CB digital even though I should be based on HCG levels?

I've been getting beta HCG blood tests with EPU because of my history. It went from:

14dpo - 250
16dpo - 730
18dpo - 1920

I was really happy with these numbers. Today on 20dpo I took a CB digital expecting it to say 3+ but it says 2-3! Now I'm spiralling because my HCG should be around 4000 today and the limit for the CB 3+ is supposedly around 2700.

Anyone not got the 3+ on the CB digital but still had HCG levels above the limit??

When do you next do a blood test

The clearblue weeks indicators are not always accurate - but also, hcg doesn't double as quickly after its above 1200, I think it doubles every 72-96 hours. I remember having this worry with my first pregnancy and it all turned out fine! Try not to worry xx

Try it in a few days. You could just be sitting right under the threshold. Sometimes it can take the 3 days to rise, its not always precisely 48hrs.
If its still saying 2-3 by then get them to take another blood test.
Some women report they are very innacuate and you should throw them out. They do lag slightly behind bloods, just remember that.
I can only report from my own experience. Ive had 6 pregnancies and only 1 birth and all my loses , I could tell something wasnt right as they never progressed to 3+, even tho they were initially rising fine.
With my son the weeks progressed without issue. Im now pregnant again and my hcg progressed and got the 3+ . I had a scan and saw a heart beat which is the furthest ive got since my son.
If it was me , regardless of anyones reassurances, if you feel something isnt right definitely flag it up to either give you peace of mind or find out what's going on.
It might simply just be lagging as urine and bloods arent the same level so give it a few more days.

Panic stations over ladies! I held my pee for like 8 hours, did a test and it said 3+! Lol I think my pee was just too diluted this morning. Thank you so much for your lovely reassuring messages they really helped 🥰🫶
