5 weeks, 6 days scan, possible twins?

Had an early scan today, said its showing at 5 weeks and 6 days. They said it looks like it could it could be twins. However, one appears to be empty at the moment. Has anyone had a scan like this before and turn out to be twins or not? (transvaginal)

I have twins and could see both clearly at 6+1 - ive seen it go both ways - everything is still so small at this point it’s easy to miss one if it’s in an awkward spot so you may well see the other one in a week or 2
