Hi Mumsnet community. I’m not getting my hopes up but there is a chance that I may be four weeks’ pregnant (planning to test again tomorrow). I had a recent miscarriage (my first pregnancy) and am in my late thirties so realistic about prospects and generally just quite fearful! Other than taking folic acid and avoiding the foods advised by the NHS, is there anything else I should be doing or avoiding? Really grateful for any words of wisdom.

Hey, so sorry for your previous loss and fingers crossed everything goes well this time.

listen to your body, if you are tired. Rest. Try and enjoy the moments.
I’m sure others will have some tips. This is a great community.
