Arnica 200c

I've bought some Arnica 200c for post-birth. There are no directions with the vial. Does anyone know how many tabs should I take daily and how often?

For the 200c i'm not sure, i've looked in a couple of books i've got but can't find the answer - have a look on the internet and see if there are any homeopathic sites that give instructions.

Just in case you don't know, try and avoid food and drink 20 minutes either side of taking the tablets and allow them to dissolve under your tongue.
