7 weeks pregnant no symptoms help!

I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and have absolutely no symptoms. I’m pee a lot but that’s about it. I have a scheduled scan but I have had 4 miscarriages and have anxiety so I am just wondering if this is normal ? So worried it’s another silent miscarriage.

Sorry for your previous losses, 3 of my pregnancies I didn't have symptoms until 8 weeks, those didn't end in miscarriage. Only thing was missed period wouldn't have known otherwise. When I had a missed MC, my symptoms abruptly stopped in first trimester- if you don't have symptoms at this point could still be normal as it's early days. Hope all turns out well x

If it is any help, I didn't have many symptoms either at this point, and I have had 5. I had a slight implantation bleed with one, and I was tired-er with the girls, but later on, and the tiredness made me feel a bit sick at points, but nothing that a lie on the sofa did not sort. Apart from the usual discomfort towards the end when I was massive, I would not have thought I was pregnant. I am hoping you will be OK. Not everyone gets a difficult pregnancy with all of the usual symptoms. xx

I understand your concern. Ive been pregnant now 6 times but only carried one baby to term.
With my successful pregnancy, I never had any symptoms at all
