I'd say probably positive, especially with two and them coming up straight away. You could get a blood test done that will show if your HCG levels are increasing as expected. You'd know within a couple of days. Bleeding is not necessarily an issue (can happen around the time period is due or randomly) but it is obviously something that causes concern.

These look grey/colourless (negative evap lines) and you’re probably having your period. Ttc can be tough.

@BerriesAlmonds@thankgoodnessforpuppiesthankyou for your replies! I just did a clear blue digital and it shows 1-2 weeks pregnant my last period was 17 Feb which makes me 3 weeks which I think is correct? Please do tell me if wrong 🙈

Your weeks count from the date of your last period start. So closer to 4 weeks, but 2 weeks post-conception. So probably about right. You could consider that you might not have ovulated as soon as you think. If you got a blood HCG test you'd get an answer quickly, but I'd say it's looking hopeful. Talk to a doctor or midwife about the bleeding, but that can happen. I'd definitely get it checked if it's heavier or more than spotting, just to make sure.

Doctors don’t do routine hcg blood tests and the first antenatal appointment is around 8-10 weeks. I’m not sure doctors will really do anything at 4 weeks. I had a chemical pregnancy at 4-5 weeks - strong positive and then bled. 4 weeks after your last period is around when you’d expect your next period.

They did an HCG test on the Friday and the following Monday right after I tested positive on their pregnancy test. 3-4 weeks pregnant. To make sure the levels were rising as expected. So they do them if there is reason to check.
