I took this test last night, and then another this morning which is showing negative. Is this because I tested with more concentrated urine for the pictures test? Or is it just flooded? Thanks

I would say flooded and therefore invalid. Both lines look wrong and there’s obvious dye run all over it. So I’d trust the negative tests for now.
