20 weeks - pressure

20 weeks with second pregnancy and I’m already experiencing random but frequent bouts of pressure in my vagina/rectum area. The rectum side is particularly more uncomfortable although not all the time. I feel like my organs are going to drop out and I’m worried I’m only half way through the pregnancy! I remember this with my first but it didn’t start until much later on.

Should I be concerned? I know there’s a lot going off at the moment but I honestly didn’t think baby would be big enough to cause random bouts of pressure at this stage.

I am currently 26w pregnant. I had pressure since about 7 or 8 weeks. I kept thinking to myself "I feel like I'm late 3rd trimester".

I was then having some stress Leakage - so leaking if I coughed or sneezed. Turns out I have a bladder prolapse. Apparently very common if you have pregnancies close together or if you have an assisted birth previously.

I got excercises from a pelvic health physio, and it git better but in the 2 or 3 weeks it's gotten much worse due to the weight of baby now.

Are you having any leaking at all?
