Alphabiolabs for early gender blood test

Has anyone used alphabiolabs to get a blood test to find out the gender of their baby? I’m 7 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby and I don’t know why but I have zero patience this time and can’t wait til 16 weeks to find out the gender!
I’m thinking of ordering an at home blood test from this company, does anyone have any experiences?

I haven’t for this but I use them through work for toxicology tests and they’re reputable, professional and have used them for 15 years.

I did one last week, the tap was bloody useless though, I couldn’t get anything out, had to prick my fingers with needles and it came back with plasma issues (they were very good and called me right away to explain there was an issue). I’ve ordered a proper test from them for a nurse to do and my local anaesthetics clinic is doing a blood draw for me tomorrow. I used sneak peek last time, but they’re closed now, and that was accurate so assuming this will be too

Just had my results back and my sister also used them. I did wait until just over 10 weeks for more fetal blood to be present. Posted it on a Wednesday morning, they received it Friday and got results Monday.

i had a bath, scrubbed my arm, used clean towels to dry. Made sure the area was clear of male DNA and made sure my partner didn’t touch the package or anything else. I did the tap about 3/4 fingers from my elbow. I found it hard to push the device in to get the blood so I leant the plunger into the wall until it clicked. Because I was warm etc the blood flew out so quickly

I used them and the result was accurate for me

I did my test today because I am supeeeer impatient. I've got a feeling it may come back inconclusive. I followed the instructions to a T but somehow I am not sure enough blood came out. I've seen some reviews in others having trouble with the device. I know I am probably quite dehydrated though as I am going through a major aversion to water at the minute. Posted today so hopefully I will know soon

Hate to be the bearer but I did the snap test at 7 weeks result, got a boy result. Absolutely fine and happy, been calling him by his name. Then found out that he is a she! Not sure how it happened especially as scrubbed the area and don’t actually live with my partner or any males! I’ve been on FB and other forums and apparently the snap device is so common with contamination, even days old contamination.

Oh no 🙉 I think I read somewhere that it’s more common to get a false boy result because of contamination!

I actually had the opposite problem, the blood flew out of me to the point where the tube overflowed and I made such a mess 🤣 so I thought my results would’ve came back inconclusive but they didn’t!

Unfortunately my test indeed came back inconclusive today. Low levels of Y chromosome. Tbf I was barely 6 weeks when I took it. I’m just so desperate to know 😩 if I’m being honest I really hope it’s a boy since I have a girl already and this will likely be my last child. I just decided to pay for someone to come and take my blood. Just means another agonising over a week wait x

Update just in case anyone checks this post in the future - got my results back and I am indeed having a BOY. Over the moon! I would just advise anyone to either get their bloods taken professionally or go to their walk in rather than use the TinyTap. Especially if you’re early. Just my experience though
