They look absolutely fine. Make your booking appointment! I am so sorry about your losses and the fear that comes with them. I have been there 6 times myself and it’s terrible. I don’t know what advice for dealing with the stress would really help but do remember that whatever is, is. These are things you cannot control and being kind to yourself and allowing your hope to live with your fear at the same time is best. Every day your hope and optimism will grow and your fear will lessen. I promise.

Not an expert but I’d check them every 2 days if you’re really worried. They should get consistently darker and if they become lighter you’ll know you’ve got a problem (which you’ll know anyway after your losses). It’s hard to tell from one strip but looks great to me!

There’s no harm in waiting to book your midwife appointment. After three losses I waited til I got to 6 weeks to book mine.

Those lines look great. Definitely don’t pee on any more sticks you’ll just drive yourself nuts. Disagree with PP - you won’t necessarily see the lines getting darker. Book yourself in for an early reassurance scan for around 8weeks, once you see a heartbeat your chance of going to term increases massively. Don’t be tempted to book too early though because if it’s too early to detect the heart beat that’s just going to add to your worries.
