stupid Q - what does ceph mean?

Sorry - prob a really stupid question. I know it's something to do with bean's position, but not too sure what it means (my midwfie wrote it on my notes this morning). Is she in the right position now? Am 31+3 so not really an issue either way (a guess - have no idea!)

Not a stupid question - cephalic means the head is down. If there's anything that your MW puts on your notes and you don't understand, just ask her
